Using an auditor with the qualification and experience in RTO and WHS industry, experience and expertise, will do you, the client well, to ensure that areas of non-compliance are picked up and corrected beforehand.
Internal Compliance Audits
Internal Audits are extremely important leading up to a External Audit. These audits are very useful to make sure, that any problems or areas of improvement are flagged and corrected, before the external audit.
In correcting these issues on any level of non-compliance, the external auditor are likely to look at this as conitnuous improvement and be happy to serve you better, e.g. extended registration, minor non-compliance etc.
